Q: I did not receive download instructions I made a purchase more than 24 hours ago and have not yet received download instructions A: Orders are processed automatically, immediatel after the transaction is approved, and download instructions are sent to the email address which is provided during purchase. Check the email address that you supplied to make sure it is correct.
