Check the email address that you supplied to make sure it is correct. If possible, provide us with an alternate email address.    Q: I did not receive download instructions I made a purchase more than 24 hours ago and have not yet received download instructions A: Orders are processed automatically, immediatel after the transaction is approved, and download instructions are sent to the email address which is provided during purchase. Check the email address that you supplied to make sure it is correct. Check your junk mail box, our message may have ended up there Check your anti-spam/anti virus blocking policy Send us an email and let us know that you did not receive the download instructions.
